Renewing your Portland Yacht Club membership
Welcome to the new season and we welcome back all our fantastic members to enjoy everything the club has to offer.
Please note if you are joining the club for the first time you will need to fill out a membership nomination form which is available at the bottom of this page. For this you will need two current club members to endorse your membership then either email it pycportland@gmail.com or you can put it in the letter box in the committee room door, hand it the secretary or post it to the club at post box 796 Portland 3305.

Renewing your membership online
- Click on the tab “renewing membership” select the appropriate category make sure personal details are correct.
- For those that are full members and also wish to sail in the RC Lasers please add on the RC fee.
- There maybe a processing fee for paying online.
- If you are not sent a receipt after payment is made via email from revolutionise (AS platform for membership) please email the club.
Family membership
- For family membership that includes two adult senior memberships, enter each adult individually, For all subsequent youth members under the age of 18 enter them under youth 2.
- For family memberships that have one senior adult sailing member and one adult social member. Enter all family members individually. After you add the Senior member add the social member under Family Adult Social member. Then you will need to add and pay for a full youth member. For all subsequent youth members add them under youth 2 for free.

To become a member of the Portland Yacht Club, nomination and membership forms must be completed, signed by two club members and displayed on the club noticeboard two weeks before a Committee of Management meeting. On approval, the annual payment is made for the appropriate membership category.
IMPORTANT!
If you have been a member of our club (or any club) across Australia in the past few years, your details (including Australian Sailing Number) should be in our system. If you don't know your Australian Sailing Number, you may look it up here: AS Number Finder.
